About Romani Culture Explorer

Romani Culture Explorer is a research project and conglomeration of resources gathered and curated by Isabella Larson, a UNC Chapel Hill student studying Environmental Health Sciences. This project hopes to reach a wide audience and aims to give viewers a basic understanding of the history, culture, and social struggles of the Roma people, specifically those in Europe. Isabella has a close family connection to Roma culture and aspires to spread knowledge about Roma heritage to as many people as possible. A special thank you goes out to all research participants involved, the NGOs interviewed, Dr. Barbara Ambros, and the Morehead-Cain Foundation for making this project possible!
